Youll be in close collaboration with our stakeholder teams (interface between the LoBs, the Application, and the Infrastructure units), and you will work as a technical consultant and will be involved in SAPs newest technologies. In particular you will: + Collaborate with all required stakeholders inside and outside of IT Services (e.g. LoB customers, IT Operations, Application Services, IT Technology Services, Multi-Cloud CoEs, Cloud Infrastructure Services) to operate SAPs system landscapes + Drive co-innovation with SAPs development teams to integrate the latest technologies in your landscapes + Ensure that security requirements are followed during build, ship, and run-time phases of the solution deployment + Work with SAP Netweaver administration, SAP HANA and/or other different operating systems + Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules of business system landscapes in alignment with the respective SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS teams and solutions. **What youll bring** + Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Natural Science or equivalent + Good overview about newest IT Technologies and SAPs software solutions + Good IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, network, file system, monitoring and backup tools) + Good understanding of Agile working principles and basic experience in the usage of Jira or related tools + Hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA and/or others + Project management skills + Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English, Portuguese is a plus + 0-2 years professional working experience. **About the team** The IE Solutions Management team is responsible for the E2E operations of SAPs internal mission-critical services based on SAPs own or other innovative technologies to run our global business.
