**Sales and Service Cloud Senior Consultant**

**RESPONSABILITIES**
+ Responsible for delivering the required CRM functionality within an SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud environment (aka Cloud for Customer, C4C) to meet the clients requirements.
+ Help define system and integration architecture, technical requirements, and functional designs (including Business blueprint, flow mapping and business requirements analysis)
+ Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.
+ Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.
+ Responsibilities include working with the client supporting Discovery & Explore workshops to understand as-is current state, business pain points and confirm business requirements.
+ Advise on capabilities and solutions of the SAP CX/CRM portfolio for sales automation and customer service processes, and implementation roadmaps.
+ Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents related to the SAP Sales & Service Cloud platform. Provide timely and effective support to maintain system availability.
+ Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP Sales & Service Cloud features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Share knowledge within the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud for Customer implementation projects.
+ Experience of minimum three end to end implementation projects i.e. C4C with SAP ERP/ S4 HANA OP.
+ Experience of minimum two supports projects.
+ Having a good knowledge on SDK / PDI via SAP Cloud Application Studio would be an added advantage.
+ Integration knowledge with SAP ERP or S/4 HANA would be an added advantage.
+ Experience with Web Services and/ or OData Services is a big plus.
+ Understanding of industry or LOB-specific business processes.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION**
+ University degree in IT (Bachelor or Masters in computer science or similar)
+ At least one certification in the context of Cloud for Customer (C4C)
+ Ability to problem solve, think outside the box and find solutions to complex problems.
+ Understanding, awareness, and sensitivity regarding the challenges of the Customer when implementing and/ or transitioning to an SAP product.
+ Basic knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
+ Ability to organize your day-to-day tasks.
+ Ability to work in a team and nurture the team.
+ Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
+ Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills and competencies.
+ Ability to understand how functional requirements merge with technical and integration requirements to create integrated landscapes.
+ Fluent in English and Portuguese speaker.
