As Solution Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical operations of SAP internal solutions/System landscapes as well as the integration with SaaS and PaaS solutions during the whole service lifecycle. In close collaboration with our stakeholder teams (interface between the LoBs, the Application, and the infrastructure units), you will work as a technical consultant and will be involved in SAPs newest technologies. Collaborate with all required stakeholders inside and outside of IT Services (e.g. LoB customers, IT Operations, Application Services, IT Technology Services, Multi-Cloud CoEs, Cloud Infrastructure Services) to operate SAPs system landscapes Drive co-innovation with SAPs development teams to integrate the latest technologies in your landscapes SAP Netweaver administration, SAP HANA and/or others, different operating systems Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules of business system landscapes in alignment with the respective SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS teams and solutions. Monitor OLA and SLA compliance **What you bring:** Professional education or study in Information Technology, Natural Science or equivalent Very experience in SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA and/or others Very good overview of the newest IT Technologies and SAPs software solutions Very good IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, network, file system, monitoring and backup tools) Good Project Management skills Advanced communication and presentation skills Fluent English language skills; fluency German is a plus 5 years professional working experience in a SAP Basis environment **Meet your team:** Being part of the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, the IE Solutions Management and Operations team is responsible for the End to End operations of SAPs internal mission-critical services based on SAPs own or other innovative technologies to run our global business.
